Months of research and development

The STELLMATT, after a series of experiments, is less delicate to the treatment than the classic super mirror glass.Steel Matt lends itself to practically all applications, ranging from classic bars to friezes and cabin finishes. Its use is particularly suitable for vehicles with strong colours, both matt and glossy. The development of this new finish, in fact the introduction of a new technological component, has required many months of research, and it will take as much time to refine a correct production development before putting on the market a product made with the usual accuracy. The new material was applied, on a completely experimental basis, on Mercedes-Benz Actros, Ediction 1, owned by Michele Arleo's Transcar, of Potenza.

Limited edition

Edition 1 is a special, limited edition - only 400 examples have been produced - of the New Actros which, in addition to a series of refinements inside the cabin, has its plusses in the exterior finishes, such as the illuminated Edition 1 logo on the cab access and on the sun visor. The four additional integrated LED high beam headlights underline the strong personality of the special model.


Silver matt finish

"The use of the new matt finish, able to light up in silver depending on the lighting conditions - said Anna Acito - seemed appropriate and absolutely in line with the brand value". The style of the equipment, extremely light and delicate, was deliberately kept in tune with the design of the vehicle, highlighting focal points, such as the "V" of the grille and the strong ribs that mark and run both front and rear of the cabin. Slim elements with clearly defined thicknesses and delicate lines, underline the soft yet decisive style of Mercedes design.
In mid-June the experimentation will be finished and it will be possible to customize your accessories with the new STELLMATT finish.
